Do you offer exchanges or returns?

We offer exchanges and returns in the form of store credit within a 14-day period, from the date you receive the item to the date you request the return.

How can I place an order?

You can place an order through the website, or you can order via message through any of our communication channels, such as WhatsApp, Instagram, or SMS. You can also visit our store by appointment.

How far in advance should I place an order?

How far in advance should I place an order? We always recommend at least two months in advance in case you need any adjustments or exchanges.


Is Endhora a private label brand?

Yes, we have been our own brand since 2017, based in Braga, Portugal.

Does Endhora produce its own pieces?

Yes, Endhora internally produces all its pieces, including cutting, sewing, finishing, and packaging.

How do I return my product?

You will receive a card with your order containing all the instructions for returns


Yes, we do, as we have our own production, we can make any standard size.

Do you have photos of the other available colors?

We don't have photos of all available colors, but we have other models in those colors with the same fabric.

Do you have a size guide?

Yes, we do. You can view it on the product or request it via WhatsApp message.

Do you have any products in stock, or is it only by order?

A Endhora has many in-stock pieces available in the showroom.


What are your delivery times?

The estimated delivery date is displayed on each product.

How can I track my order?

On the day we ship your order, you will receive a notification from the carrier indicating the estimated delivery time and the tracking number.

How much will shipping cost?

For (mainland) Portugal and Spain, it's 6€. For other locations, the price varies and will be indicated before making the payment.


Where is your showroom located?

Our shworoom is in Braga, by appointment.
