General Sales Conditions

The Endhora brand has products for sale on the website, and e-commerce services are available exclusively to end-users/consumers. Endhora reserves the right not to process orders related to users who are not consumers or those who do not agree with the general sales conditions of the seller Endhora.

How to Buy:

Just follow these steps.

  1. View the item(s) you're interested in. Below the product, you'll find all the information you need, including description, composition, care, shipping, return, and size guide.

  2. Select the item, color, and size, and add it to your shopping cart. You can choose to continue shopping or finalize your order.

  3. Select the payment method.

  4. Your order will be confirmed when you select the confirm payment button in the final purchase process.

  5. You will receive an order confirmation email. We suggest downloading it.

  6. You can remove items from your shopping cart that you do not wish to purchase before finalizing your order.

We reserve the right not to accept your order or to cancel it even after automatic confirmation if:

  • The product is no longer available – payment will be refunded to the customer.
  • Invoice information is incorrect or unverifiable.
  • The order is flagged by our security systems as an incorrect or potentially fraudulent order.

Quality and Warranty:

Endhora does not sell second-hand, defective, or lower-quality products than those on the market. The main characteristics of each product are described on each product label below the viewed product.

The products offered for sale on the Endhora website may not exactly match the actual clothing in terms of image and color due to the internet browser and monitor used.

All products have an identification tag. Do not remove the tag from the purchased product if you intend to exchange it.

If you decide to exchange the purchased product, Endhora has the right not to accept the exchange of the product returned without a tag or in situations where the product has been altered from its original condition or damaged.

Shipping and Delivery:

We deliver products within 2 to 21 business days, as indicated on the estimated date on the website, from Monday to Friday. We do not ship items on holidays. We can only deliver orders to a home or office address located in the available delivery country. To receive the order, someone must be at the address. This service does not include scheduling or appointment options.

Delivery Times:

If you confirm your order, after payment confirmation, you will receive your item within the estimated date. The "seller" shall not be liable for non-compliance or delay in fulfilling any obligation due to an event of force majeure, that is, an act or omission beyond its reasonable control. We will try to deliver within the estimated time, as commercially reasonable.

As a rule, we will try to deliver everything in just one order. However, we reserve the right to split the order, for example, if one part of the order is delayed due to stockout.

At the time of delivery, the customer should inspect the packaging for any damage. If you find that the products are damaged, you should not accept the delivery of the order and it should be returned.


Endhora shall only be liable for damage suffered by the customer in the event that such damage results from breaches attributable to Endhora's contractual obligations to the customer or if Endhora's liability results from applicable legal rights.

If the customer has suffered damages related to the website's activity, Endhora's liability shall be limited to:

  • Damage to Endhora products.
  • The maximum refund of the above-mentioned compensation (if applicable) will be the price of the products in question.

Endhora cannot be held responsible for damages suffered by third parties resulting from the use of any of our products, and it also cannot be held responsible for damages suffered by the customer as a result of improper use of our products.

Endhora is not responsible for damages resulting from incorrect information on the website.

In the event that the customer suffers damages resulting from gross negligence or intent on the part of Endhora, none of the limitations set forth in this article shall apply.

Returns and Exchanges:

ENDHORA only provides refunds in the form of non-expiring vouchers, as they exclusively custom-make their products to order.

ENDHORA accepts exchanges.

You can exchange within a maximum of 14 days after receiving your item.

All costs associated with an exchange (new shipping expenses, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges must be sent to ENDHORA by registered mail.

If you wish to make an exchange, please send an email to GERAL@ENDHORA.COM with the following information: full name, email, order number, product reference and size to be returned, return tracking number, reason for the exchange, and the desired size.

The readable purchase receipt and the packaging in the original packaging must be presented in perfect sales condition. Only products: unwashed, unused, odorless, unaltered by the customer (e.g., hem, terminal fit, etc.), intact, and with labels attached to the item as delivered at the time of purchase will be accepted.

In exchanges, after receiving the product(s), they will undergo a quality control analysis, which may take up to 2 business days. The online store team will contact the customer by email.

ENDHORA is not responsible for the misuse of items or incorrect washing.

Change of Terms and Conditions:

Endhora has the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The customer is subject to the principles and terms in effect at the time of their order unless the law or competent authority imposes any changes to them.
