TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE – ENDHORA


These General Terms of Sale are agreed between Endhora Unipessoal Lda, headquartered at Rua Américo Ferreira de Carvalho No. 108, 4715-001 Braga, Tax ID 518121712, contact +351 918 335 092, hereinafter referred to as ENDHORA, and any individual wishing to make purchases through the website www.endhora.com, hereinafter referred to as "User".


Purchases made through the website www.endhora.com are governed exclusively by these General Terms of Sale, excluding any previously available terms on the website. By accessing, browsing, or using the Service, the User declares having read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.

Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms define the ordering, production, payment, delivery, exchange, and return procedures applicable to purchases made on the website www.endhora.com, governing all stages from purchase to order tracking.

Article 2 – Order

The User can place an order by adding the desired products to the shopping cart and completing the checkout process.

To complete the order, the User must:

  • Register on the website by providing the requested information;
  • Log in using email and password;
  • Fill in all required information including address, shipping, payment, Tax ID (NIF), and billing name.

Final confirmation of the order implies full acceptance of the prices, product specifications, and these Terms of Sale.

Made-to-Order Production

All ENDHORA products are produced exclusively after ordering. Each piece is individually crafted after payment, and no prior stock exists.

Availability

Orders are accepted up to the limit of available materials. In case of unavailability, the User will be promptly informed.

Billing Information

All billing information provided is the sole responsibility of the User. Once issued, invoices cannot be modified.

Order Validity

Orders are valid for 7 days, except in specific campaigns. If payment is not made within this period, the order will be automatically canceled. Amounts received after this period may be converted into a voucher or used for a new order.

Article 3 – Payment

Available payment methods:

  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Multibanco Reference
  • MB Way
  • PayPal


Article 4 – Delivery

Orders are shipped via registered mail, ensuring tracking throughout transport.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on order volume, production time, and carrier performance.

Shipping cost: €6 for Mainland Portugal and Spain. The shipping cost is displayed at checkout.

Article 5 – Prices

All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include VAT at the legal rate. If a price change occurs after purchase, the User will be informed and may choose to keep the order (paying the difference) or cancel it.

Article 6 – Exchanges, Made-to-Order Production and Refunds

Product Nature

Since all products are made exclusively to order, refunds through the original payment method are not possible.

Refunds

In the case of an accepted return, the corresponding amount will be issued as a credit voucher valid for 2 years. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

ENDHORA allows exchanges within 14 days after receipt, except for personalized items.

Exchanges are only accepted for items that are:

  • Unused, unwashed, undamaged, odor-free, and unaltered,
  • With original tags and packaging,
  • In perfect resale condition.

Exclusions

Personalized items (color, size changes, or special requests) are not eligible for exchange or return.

Costs

All costs associated with the exchange (shipping, re-shipping, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchange Process

Exchanges must be sent via registered mail. To start the process, the User must email geral@endhora.com with:

  • Full Name
  • Email
  • Order Number
  • Reference and size of the item to return
  • Tracking Number
  • Reason for exchange
  • Desired size

After receipt, the item will undergo quality control within 5 business days. The customer will be contacted by email with the result.

ENDHORA is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse or incorrect washing.

Article 7 – Privacy Policy

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law. Data will be used for order management, communication about products, services, and institutional information from ENDHORA.

The User may exercise their rights of access, correction, and deletion in writing to the address provided on the website.
