1st These general terms of sale are agreed upon between Filipe Machado Antunes (ENDHORA), located at Praça Dr. Candido da Costa Pires, No. 8, 3rd floor, 4715-402 Braga, tax identification number 212378279, and contact +351 918335092, hereinafter referred to as ENDHORA, and individuals who wish to make purchases through the website www.endhora.com, hereinafter referred to as "User."
2nd The parties agree that purchases made through the website www.endhora.com will be governed exclusively by this contract, excluding any conditions previously available on the website.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
Article 1 - OBJECT These general terms of sale aim to provide and define all the necessary information to the User about the ordering, selling, payment, and delivery methods of purchases made on the website www.endhora.com. These conditions govern all the necessary steps to place an order and ensure the follow-up of this order between the Contracting Parties.
Article 2 - ORDER The User places their order by completing the purchase process presented on the website www.endhora.com, adding the product(s) or service(s) they wish to order to the shopping cart:
To place your order, the User must:
a) Register on the website endhora.com, providing the requested information.
b) Log in (providing a combination of email and password chosen by the User during registration).
c) Complete the information and choose the options made available to them during the order completion process (delivery and billing address, shipping method, payment method, as well as the Tax Identification Number (NIF) and the name that the User wishes to appear on the invoice for tax purposes).
The final confirmation of the order by the User constitutes full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale, as well as these General Terms of Sale, which will be the only ones applicable to the concluded contract.
Endhora will honor orders received online only up to the limit of available stock. In the absence of product availability, Endhora undertakes to inform the User as soon as possible.
The data on the invoice are the sole responsibility of the User. Once issued, the invoice cannot be reissued with changes.
Order requests have a validity period of 7 (seven) days unless the order is registered under a promotional campaign that defines a different deadline. Prices, discounts, promotions, and offers cannot be guaranteed beyond this period. If payment is not received by our services within this timeframe, the order cannot be validated. Any amount received after this date will be refunded or used for a new order.
Article 3 - PAYMENT On the website www.endhora.com, the COMPANY offers the User the following payment methods :
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard); Multibanco reference; Transfer; MB Way; PayPal.
In the case of credit card payment, the User's card will be debited immediately upon confirmation of the shipment of the goods. If some ordered products are out of stock, the value of those products will be credited to the User's card after the order is closed.
Article 4 - DELIVERY Order deliveries are made by the company CTT Expresso or MRW, Please check the estimated delivery time when placing your order.
Shipping costs are added to the order. €6 for mainland Portugal and Spain. The shipping cost is indicated when entering the address.
Article 5 - PRICES Prices are in Euros, including taxes and duties, taking into account the VAT in force on the date of payment for the order.
If there is an increase in the price of any product, the User will be informed immediately and can choose to receive the order (by paying the difference) or proceed with its cancellation.
Article 6 -
ENDHORA only provides refunds in the form of non-expiring vouchers, as they exclusively custom-make their products to order.
ENDHORA allows for exchanges.
Exchanges can be made within a maximum of 14 days after receiving your item.
Endhora only exchanges standard parts; in the case of customization of color, size, or any other type of special request, exchanges or returns will not be accepted
All costs associated with an exchange (new shipping expenses, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges must be sent to ENDHORA by registered mail.
If you wish to make an exchange, please send an email to GERAL@ENDHORA.COM with the following information: full name; email; order number; product reference and size to be returned; return tracking number; reason for the exchange and the desired size.
The original purchase receipt and packaging in the original packaging must be provided in perfect selling condition. Only products that are not washed, unused, odorless, unchanged by the customer (e.g., hemmed, terminal fit, etc.), intact, and with tags attached to the item, as delivered at the time of purchase, will be accepted.
In the case of exchanges, after receiving the product(s), they will undergo a quality control analysis, which may take up to 5 business days. The online store team will contact the customer by email.
ENDHORA is not responsible for the misuse of items or incorrect washing.
Providing your data is optional, and you have the right, under the law, to access, rectify, and delete any data directly concerning you, personally or in writing, directly to the address listed on the homepage of this website.
In the event of a dispute, the consumer can resort to the Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity, the closest Arbitration Center to their residence.
