Handling & Care (Delicate Garment)

This set is crafted from noble brocade with delicate metallic threads. To preserve its original beauty, please follow these recommendations:

• Handling: Take special care with sharp jewelry, watches, or metal handbags, as they may catch or pull the delicate threads of the brocade.
• Cleaning: Professional dry clean only is recommended to maintain the integrity of the structure and the luster of the gold threads.
• Ironing: Iron at a very low temperature on the reverse side only; avoid direct steam on the metallic threads.

ENDHORA only provides refunds in the form of a vouchers with a validity of 2 years, as they exclusively custom-make their products to order.

ENDHORA allows for exchanges.

Exchanges can be made within a maximum of 14 days after receiving your item.

Endhora only exchanges standard parts; in the case of customization of color, size, or any other type of special request, exchanges or returns will not be accepted

All costs associated with an exchange (new shipping expenses, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

If you wish to make an exchange, please send an email to GERAL@ENDHORA.COM with the following information: full name; email; order number; product reference and size to be returned; return tracking number; reason for the exchange and the desired size.

The original purchase receipt and packaging in the original packaging must be provided in perfect selling condition. Only products that are not washed, unused, odorless, unchanged by the customer (e.g., hemmed, terminal fit, etc.), intact, and with tags attached to the item, as delivered at the time of purchase, will be accepted.

In the case of exchanges, after receiving the product(s), they will undergo a quality control analysis, which may take up to 5 business days. The online store team will contact the customer by email.

ENDHORA is not responsible for the misuse of items or incorrect washing.

Note: the measurements provided in the size guide refer to body measurements, not garment measurements. How to take your measurements:

Chest measurement: with a measuring tape, pass it under the armpits and around the fullest part of the chest.

Waist: measure around the waist, at the narrowest point.

Hips: stand with your feet together and rotate your hips with the measuring tape passing over the fullest part of your buttocks.
